Refund policy

Once packages have left my care I am not responsible if items are received damaged or lost in the mail. With that being said, PLEASE make sure you are giving me your current address.
→  If a package is lost, please contact the postal service first with your tracking number. Contacting me should be your second step as the postal company can often help solve the issue for you!
→  If an item is damaged in the mail, please send me a detailed email with images attached to cosmic.debris.jewelry@gmail.com. I always want to ensure my customers are happy & I will do everything in my power to see to that happiness by packaging everything as safely as possible so pieces will not be damaged on their way to you! 

Please take into consideration, the colours that you see on your screen may not be absolutely accurate to the actual product. I do my best to ensure the colours are as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
